TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SERVICES *****HAIR IS NOT INCLUDED***** Time Policy: All services require a deposit for slot to be confirmed. Client must arrive on time and prompt, a $10 fee will be added once appointment time has passed and a additional $10 every 15 minutes after appointed time. Must arrive with hair clean, dry, and detangled. Child and Guest Policy: I kindly request that arrangements be made for childcare. Your child may only visit if they are being serviced. (unless circumstances is approved to do so by stylist). Due to limited seating, I ask that you also refrain from bringing additional guests to your appointment. If child client cries or scream and cannot be calm down within two attempts, service will be denied and deposit will not be refunded. Payment Policy: Payments are to be made midway through service or when instructed to do so. Payments can be made by either Cash, CashApp, ApplePay, or Debit Card. No other money transactions will be accepted. Booking Policy: Once you have booked you adhere to that date. If changes are made you will have to rebook and a new deposit have to be paid. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid 20% cancellation fee. All services with deposits must be paid at booking check out. NO ACCEPTATIONS!!! Refund Policy: Once service is completed and you leave the location, all styles are final, no refunds or changes will be made after that time.
